TWO PCS MANIFOLD

Ruige's unique two-piece welded split plate can provide excellent filling balance for high-cavity, high-precision and small precision parts. The split plate can be as thin as 45mm, effectively reducing the mold thickness, lowering the injection molding production cost, and reducing the risk of material retention. The product arrangement cannot be achieved by conventional gun drills. An idealized balanced arrangement can be achieved through a two-piece welding method.
