纵观十大模具制造商却没有中国

一、法国Plastisud.

PLASTISUD作为高性能、高精及高腔位模具供应商，主要为客户提供针对饮料瓶盖、医疗部件（如培养皿、促动器和喷雾器等）及包装领域（如薄壁容器和模内贴标应用等）等应用的快速、高性能和高腔位的模具。

在高腔位瓶盖模具方面，PLASTISUD是一家能够生产144腔瓶盖模具并投入商业应用的公司，其运行在客户工厂的144腔29/25矿泉水瓶盖模具，成型周期仅为2.8s，产能约为3000个瓶盖/min。CSD应用上的144腔模具生产2.8g的1810瓶盖，周期也仅为4.5s,其产能为1920个瓶盖/min。

二、德国FOBOHA.

FOBOHA位于德国Haslach，该公司拥有超过30年的历史，FOBOHA在瑞士，中国苏州设有工厂。1977年开始多组份模具项目，1994年开发了自己的阀针式热流道系统，1996年开始引入旋转叠模技术（2X180°），1998年开发了四面体模具技术（4x90°），2004年有了双四面体模具技术。

凭借早期的多组分技术的发展，以及之后该技术在多模腔方面的进步，成为全球很大的旋转叠层模具制造商之一。

三、瑞士KEBO.

Kebo公司成立于1979年，目前仍然自主开发热流道用于其多腔高质量模具，公司业务80%集中的医疗耗材和医疗相关的模具，20%包装类模具，其核心的热流道技术，使其实现更紧凑的模具设计，其交付客户的模具包括128+128叠模，以及192型腔的模具，其模块化的设计可以实现灵活的备件更换，模具和热流道部件100%可更换。

四、瑞士FOSTAG.
